Description The Washington State Department of Ecology and The Boeing Company entered into an Agreed Order in June 2002 to clean up the Boeing Auburn Fabrication site. Ecology directs the cleanup which Boeing is paying for as the liable party. Crews will work in streets and public rights of way in a 12 block area between Boundary Blvd. on the north, 8th Ave. N., on the south, State Route 167 on the west, and Chicago Ave. on the east. The work area also extends to the south from 8th Ave. to 5th Ave. N. between Celery and Chicago Avenues. Another work area is along Junction Blvd. and Washington Blvd.
