The Washington State Department of Ecology is proposing to remove the Skagit Farmers Supply Wolfkill Yard Site from the State Hazardous Sites List. The Site is located at 205 West Fir Street in Mount Vernon, and was cleaned up under the Voluntary Cleanup Program. Under the VCP, property owners clean up their own property to meet the state cleanup standards (Model Toxics Control Act). You are invited to review the documents and submit comments from September 27 through October 28, 2013.
