Description | The Alaska Street Texaco (also known as SKS Shell) cleanup site is located in West Seattle at the intersection of Southwest Alaska Street and Fauntleroy Way Southwest. Ecology and LMI West Seattle LLC will enter into an agreement called a Prospective Purchaser Consent Decree to clean up the site. Ecology has prepared a Public Participation Plan, which describes the tools and approaches used to inform the public, request comments, and engage them in the cleanup process. Ecology invites your comments on both the Prospective Purchaser Consent Decree and the draft Public Participation Plan from June 21 through July 22, 2013. | ||||
