| Description | The Department of Ecology (Ecology) proposes to adopt amendments to Chapter 173-224 WAC, Wastewater Discharge Permit Fees. The purpose of this rule proposal is to increase annual permit fees by 4.55 percent for Fiscal Year 2014 (July 1, 2013 through June, 2014) and 4.63 percent for Fiscal Year 2015 (July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015). | ||||
