March 18, 2019: Minor edits were made to section 3.1.5 and Appendix A of the Beach Environmental Assessment, Communication, and Health (BEACH) Program: Monitoring Washington State Marine Beaches Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) effective March 2019. These edits were made to reflect the new recreational use criteria rule for Washington state.
