Description Based on research and analysis required by the Regulatory Fairness Act – RCW 19.85.070 – Ecology has determined that the proposed amendments to the Dangerous Waste Regulations (Chapter 173-303 WAC) could have a disproportionate impact on small business. The Small Business Economic Impact Statement is intended to be read with the associated Cost-Benefit Analysis (Ecology publication #14-04-039, a link is provided below), which contains more in-depth discussion of the analysis.
