Ecology has repealed two rules that it no longer has authority to implement. The Department of Health has been administering the Site Use Permit program since July 2012, and has adopted rules under Chapters 246-249 and 246-254 WAC to align their rules with the state statute. This repeal will avoid any confusion for permit holders or the public. |
