| Description | On April 4, 2014 Ecology repealed Chapter 173-325 Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal (LLRWD), and Chapter 173-326 WAC Commercial Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal (CLLRWD) – Site Use Permits (Administrative Order # 13-06). The purpose of this rule implementation plan is to inform those who must comply with Chapters 173-325 and 173-326 WAC that Ecology no longer has authority to implement these chapters. Authority has been transferred to the Washington State Department of Health. This is the last step in the process to finalize repeal of these rules. |
