Description | he Department of Ecology (Ecology) invites you to comment on a proposed one-time variance from classifying a material as solid waste when it’s recycled. The material is pulping liquor from the former Samoa pulp mill near Eureka, California. The Longview Fibre Pulp and Paper mill (doing business as KapStone Kraft Paper Corporation (KapStone)) requested a variance to allow it to recycle this material. |
