Description The draft study is a comprehensive look at several legislative and budget recommendations for action in the 2015-2017 biennium. The activities recommended were prioritized by:
 amount of protection provided
 capability and feasibility of implementation
 associated costs
Each measure is recommended to promote human health and safety, environmental protection and respect for tribal treaty rights in the event of an oil spill.
