Description The Washington State Department of Ecology is proposing to enter into a Consent Decree with the City of Yakima to clean up the Tiger Oil Site. This site is located at South 24th Avenue and West Nob Hill Boulevard in Yakima. Ecology is asking for your comments on the proposed Consent Decree and draft Cleanup Action Plan.
Comments will be accepted from July 2, 2014, through August 1, 2014.
