Description The Washington State Department of Ecology is providing an opportunity for the public to comment on its plans to conduct a partial cleanup, also known as an interim action, for petroleum contaminated soil and groundwater at the L & L Exxon Site located at 1315 Lee Boulevard in Richland. Comments will be accepted October 15, 2014 through November 14, 2014.
