Description This document tracks the differences between Chapter 173-322 WAC and Chapter 173-322A WAC, which are also known as the Remedial Action Grant (RAG) rule. The purpose of the remedial action grants and loans program established by this chapter is to encourage and expedite the cleanup and redevelopment of hazardous waste sites and to lessen the impact of the cleanup on ratepayers and taxpayers.
