Description The Department of Ecology (Ecology) has prepared a cleanup action plan for the Cornwall Avenue Landfill site on the Bellingham Waterfront. The plan is part of a legal agreement called a consent decree between Ecology, the City of Bellingham (city), the Port of Bellingham (port), and the Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
