Description The goal of the Methow Subbasin Water Quality Restoration and Monitoring Program is to maintain and continue a systematic basin-wide water quality monitoring program within the Methow Subbasin. The program builds upon a monitoring framework established in Ecology Centennial/319 grant agreements #G1000282 and #G1100212. Continued water quality monitoring will define short-term and long-term water quality trends, assess the effectiveness of restoration activities, offer a baseline of water quality conditions as they relate to Washington State 303(d) listings in the Methow subbasin, and provide data to support TMDL development as necessitated by the 303(d) listings in the Methow watershed.
