The purpose of this document is to provide alternatives assessment guidance for small-to medium-sized businesses as recommended by the Washington Department of Ecology based on the IC2 Guide released in 2014. The Washington Guide establishes minimum requirements for an alternatives assessment and a recommended methodology for implementation. |
