| Description | The Department of Ecology (Ecology) invites you to comment on the proposed National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) wastewater permit for the Longview Fibre Paper & Packaging Corporation, doing business as KapStone Kraft Paper Corporation (KapStone), pulp and paper mill and box plant. We will accept comments by mail, fax or e-mail July 16 – August 28, 2015. Due to recent requests for public hearings on other permit actions in the area, a public open house and formal hearing will be held: August 24, 2015 From 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. At the McClelland Center, 951 Delaware Street, Longview, WA |
