| Description | You have an opportunity to tell Ecology what you think about three documents that will guide cleanup at the Sudbury Road Landfill Site. The Site is located at 414 Landfill Road, Walla Walla, WA. Cleanup focuses around three areas known as Areas 1, 2, and 5, which were used in the past for disposal of municipal solid waste. The following is a list of the documents available for comment: • Draft Cleanup Action Plan • Consent Decree • State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Environmental Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) All documents are considered draft until after the public comment period. Ecology will review all comments submitted during public comment periods and make changes as appropriate. The documents will then be finalized and the cleanup work will begin. |
