Description This issue is an updated Hazardous Sites List as required by WAC 173-340-330. It includes all sites that have been assessed and ranked using the Washington Ranking Method. Also listed are National Priorities List (NPL) sites. Additions to the list, changes in remedial status of sites on the list, and removals from the list are published twice a year. Placing of a site on the Hazardous Sites List does not, by itself, imply that persons associated with the site are liable under Chapter 70.105D RCW. For additional information about a site on this list, please contact the appropriate indicated person. Please direct questions regarding circulation of the Hazardous Sites List or Site Register to Ted Benson at (360) 407-6683 or Ecology is an equal-opportunity employer. To request ADA accommodation including materials in a format for the visually impaired, call Ecology at 360-407-7170. Persons with impaired hearing may call Washington Relay Service at 711. Persons with speech disability may call TTY at 877-833-6341.
