It highlights the Toxics Cleanup Program’s unique Integrated Planning Grant program, which is part of our Remedial Action Grant program. Local governments can use no-match Integrated Planning Grants to plan brownfields cleanup and redevelopment before they invest a large amount of their community’s money.
