Description This Site is located at 12250 Greenwood Ave North, Seattle, WA. The Site was cleaned up under the Voluntary Cleanup Program by the property owners. Ecology added this site to the Hazardous Sites List in 2013. Ecology has determined that the cleanup work at the Site meets the requirements of state cleanup regulations and no longer poses a threat to human health or the environment.
