| Description | This document describes how to apply for funding, meet program requirements, and manage funded projects for the four main funding programs for Ecology’s Water Quality Program. Funded projects address point and non-point source water pollution control issues. The four funding programs are the State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (CWSRF), Centennial Clean Water Program (Centennial), Section 319 Program (Section 319), and Stormwater Financial Assistance Program (SFAP). | ||||
