Description The Padilla Bay watershed has high levels of fecal coliform bacteria and does not currently meet water quality standards. A total maximum daily load (TMDL) study is commencing. This focus sheet introduces the TMDL study plan to the community, and invites citizens to a public meeting to learn more.
