Description This focus sheet addresses some key concerns heard during the ongoing local process to prepare an updated Shoreline Master Program (SMP) and supporting documents prior to local adoption and final state approval. The intent is to provide accurate information to support the community dialogue between staff, consultants, citizens, stakeholders, and decision makers.
NOTES This handout is also intended as a companion piece in support of recent local publications released by Wahkiakum County, joint SMP Update project lead: ‘Common Concerns about the SMP Regulations’ and ‘Common Concerns about the SMP Update Process’.
