Description This report addresses the requirement for Ecology to report to the Washington State Legislature by September 1, 2016, on whether existing infrastructure has been used for collection of electronics, including:

Location and number of new programs created and depot systems developed since 2006;

How many existing collection sites have been utilized; and

How many curbside collection companies were contracted with for collection of electronics.
