Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is providing an opportunity for the public to comment on its plans to conduct an interim action to address petroleum contaminated soils (PCS). An interim action is a partial cleanup designed to significantly reduce contaminants and/or exposure to contaminants. Ecology is also issuing a State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) at the former Big B Mini Mart Site (Site) located at 1611 Canyon Road in Ellensburg. | ||||
