Description | This Policy provides guidance to Washington State Department of Ecology staff. The guidance addresses when and how to exercise their authority under the Model Toxics Control Act to require a potentially liable person to conduct or pay for remedial actions. REVISION NOTE: In April 2018, the boilerplate in Attachment A of this Policy was updated. Aside from a new revision date and updated links to Ecology web pages, no other changes were made to this Policy since it was established December 2016. |
