The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) invites comments on the Amended Agreed Order and the draft NPDES Permit for the Unocal Edmonds Bulk Fuel Terminal Site to clean up contaminated soil and groundwater. The Unocal Edmonds Bulk Fuel Terminal Site is located at 11720 Unoco Road in Edmonds, Washington. Unocal is a subsidiary of Chevron Corporation, and the cleanup is being done by Chevron Environmental Management Company. Unocal is operating under a 2007 Agreed Order to conduct interim cleanup actions at the Site. |
