Description | The State Fiscal Year 2017 Draft Water Quality Funding Offer List and Intended Use Plan (Draft List) describes how Ecology will use and administer funding for four major funding programs: (1) the Washington State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (CWSRF), (2) the Stormwater Financial Assistance Program (SFAP), (3) the Centennial Clean Water Program (Centennial), and (4) the federal Clean Water Act Section 319 Program (Section 319). The Draft List also serves as the Intended Use Plan required by the US EPA for providing information on how Ecology will administer the CWSRF. | ||||
