| Description | Chapter 173-305 of the Washington Administrative Code, also known as the Hazardous Waste Fee Regulation, establishes regulations for fees associated with the use of hazardous substances and the generation of hazardous waste. The Department of Ecology adopted amendments to the Hazardous Waste Fee Regulation on April 5, 2017. The rules become effective May 7, 2017. | ||||
