| Description | This publication describes proposed updates to the Puget Sound Characterization models, including the study design for the testing of two new models as well as the associated data quality objectives and statistical methods. The two new mid-scale models includes one for assessing the hydrologic condition of streams and the other for assessing low flows. The output from these mid-scale models will allow local governments and resource managers to quantify the impact of new development, in terms of location and design, upon the hydrology of affected watersheds throughout Puget Sound. The data sets and methods for existing broad-scale models will also be updated. | ||||
