Description | The City of Hoquiam and Ecology issued the Final EIS for the proposed expansion of the existing bulk liquid storage terminal owned by Westway Terminal Company LLC. The Westway Expansion Project would expand the existing bulk liquid storage terminal to receive crude oil by train, and store and load crude oil onto tank vessels at the Port of Grays Harbor in Hoquiam, Washington, for shipment. The EIS was prepared in accordance with the Washington State Environmental Policy Act. | ||||
NOTES | This is a joint document with the City of Hoquiam. The city was responsible for the administration of the contract with the consultants, ICF. | ||||
