Description The 2015 Oil Transportation Safety Act directed Ecology to review “all state geographic response plans (GRPs)” and “federal requirements as needed in contingency plans” by December 31, 2015, and continue reporting every two years until 2021. This is the second report from Ecology on the progress of GRP development.
