| Description | Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) and the current property owner, BMR-Dexter LLC, will enter into a legal agreement called an Agreed Order for the American Linen Supply Co Dexter Ave site (Site). The Site is located at and around the 700 Dexter Avenue North property (Property) in Seattle. Under the Agreed Order, BMR-Dexter LLC will be required to: Prepare and implement a Remedial Investigation/ Feasibility Study Work Plan to define the full nature and extent of contamination on and around the Property and assess alternative cleanup approaches; Prepare and implement an Interim Action Work Plan, if proposed; Assist Ecology with drafting a Cleanup Action Plan.
