This Factsheet describes the new legal agreement for the Former West Olympia Landfill Site. We are inviting comments on the agreed order (legal agreement). This legal agreement requires the City of Olympia to conduct a remedial investigation and a feasibility study. These studies will define the nature and extent of site contamination and examine possible cleanup options. |
