Ecology is announcing a public comment period for documents associated with Boulevard Park in the South State Street Cleanup Site. The comment period will last from August 28 – September 26, 2017. There will also be a public meeting on August 30, 2017, from 6-8PM, at the Bellingham City Council Chambers. |
