The appeal of Ecology actions and the process of appeals is governed by: - Chapter 43.21B RCW - Chapter 371-08 WAC You have the right to appeal the general permit to the Pollution Control Hearings Board (PCHB) within 30 days of the issuance of the General Permit. |
