Description The Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) is soliciting grant proposals for projects of regional or statewide significance to support implementation of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Stormwater General Permits in Washington state including:
• Phase I Municipal Stormwater General Permit
• Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater General Permit

Funding for this program depends on funding being provided to Ecology by the 2017 Washington State Legislature. Ecology will announce the total funds available with the publication of the final offer list.
• Eastern Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater General Permit
