| Description | According to the General Terms and Conditions found in Ecology grant and loan agreements, recipients must prepare a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) when a project involves the collection and/or use of environmental measurement data. For work funded under Water Resources Program or Office of Columbia River grants, the QAPP can be developed based on the requirements described in this document for projects involving the collection of environmental measurement data with no water quality sampling. | ||||||
