This includes the Preliminary Cost-Benefit Analysis, Least-Burdensome Alternative Analysis, Administrative Procedure Act Determinations, and Regulatory Fairness Act Compliance. The Washington Administrative Procedure Act requires Ecology to evaluate significant legislative rules. |
