Description | This document presents questions addressed during a December 2017 meeting in Bellevue, Washington, hosted by the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) and the Pollution Liability Insurance Agency (PLIA). Staff answered questions and provided an overview of PLIA’s new Petroleum Technical Assistance Program (PTAP). PTAP became effective January 2, 2018, which is a program through which eligible non-heating oil petroleum tank system releases may be cleaned up. This FAQ documents summarizes key discussion points but does not represent a complete record of the meeting. |
