Description This Factsheet describes the cleanup, proposed removal from the Hazardous Sites List and proposed removal of an environmental covenant for the Stutz Oil site. The site was cleaned up under the Voluntary Cleanup Program. Ecology has determined that the site does not pose a threat to human health or the environment and that there is no longer reason to restrict development activities.
