Description Ecology and CHS Inc., will enter into a legal agreement called a Consent Decree that requires
clean up at the CHS Auburn Site (also known as Cenex Valley Supply Coop). CHS Auburn
cleanup site is generally located at 238 8th Street SE in Auburn, Washington. The site covers
approximately 10 1/2 acres. The CHS property is currently used as a retail gasoline/fuel station
and convenience store. They also fill propane tanks and deliver propane for home heating.

The Consent Decree, along with final Remedial Investigation and final Feasibility Study report,
draft Cleanup Action Plan, State Environmental Policy Act Checklist and Determination of Non-
Significance, and updated Public Participation Plan are available for public review and comment.
