Description Ecology submits this exceptional event demonstration for the exceedances of the PM10 national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) that occurred on September 5, 6, and 7, 2017 in Kennewick and Yakima, Washington. This document presents evidence and requests EPA’s concurrence with this demonstration to exclude these values from regulatory decisions for both areas.
