Description This air quality plan shows that the Wallula area will continue to meet federal air quality standards for fine particles. It describes the sources and causes that contribute to airborne dust in and near Wallula. The plan maintains the control strategies that help keep these levels low. The plan revises the State Implementation Plan, Washington’s overall plan for air quality.
