Description | The SIP includes air pollution control strategies to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS). The federal Clean Air Act (CAA) requires states to update their SIP when federal requirements change or when states decide to change their air pollution control strategies to meet the NAAQS. This SIP update addresses recent changes to Chapters 173-400, 173-405, 173-410, and 173-415 WAC that Ecology adopted. | ||||
