Description | The proposed SIP revision updates portions of the PSCAA air quality regulations (Regulation 1) currently in the SIP, removes obsolete regulations, and updates the subset of Chapter 173-400 WAC, General Regulations for Air Pollution Sources that apply in PSCAA’s jurisdiction. The Washington SIP currently includes previous versions of these rules approved by the EPA. This SIP revision is applicable in PSCAA’s jurisdiction in King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties of Washington. | ||||
