Description | This focus sheet provides guidance on how to properly dispose of flavored vaping products. Effective Oct. 10, 2019, the Washington State Board of Health approved an emergency rule banning the sale of flavored vaping products for 120 days. Although this ban ended February 7, 2020, the Washington State Legislature is considering a bill that would continue a ban. This interim policy will be in effect until we adopt the Federal Pharmaceutical Rules, anticipated in fall 2020. |
