Description This report responds to a legislative proviso to convene and facilitate a stake holder process to review and make recommendations for the statutory authorization and improvement of the Floodplains by Design grant program. The review must analyze state wide funding needs, program design, and mechanisms to improve efficiency and transparency of project funding and implementation.
The mission of the Department of Ecology is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington’s environment. To help us meet that goal, please consider the environment before you print or request a copy.
