| Description | Removing Borrelli Real Estate Investments from the Hazardous Site List Public Comment Period: August 16 – September 16, 2019 The Borrelli Real Estate Investments cleanup Site is located at 4404 South 133rd Street, Tukwila, WA 98168. The Site operated as a gas station/automotive service station from 1924 to the 1970s. Contaminated soil was discovered in 2013 due to leakage from underground storage tanks and dispensers that were still in place at that time. Ecology listed the Site on the Hazardous Sites List in 2015. In 2013–2019, cleanup was conducted at the Site. The service station building, underground storage tanks, dispensers, and contaminated soil were removed. Soil and ground water were sampled to confirm the cleanup was effective. Remover Borrelli Real Estate Investments de la Lista de Sitios Peligrosos Periodo de Comentario Publico: 16 de agosto – 16 de septiembre, 2019 El Sitio de limpieza de Borrelli Real Estate Investments está localizado en 4404 South 133th Street, Tukwila, WA 98168. El Sitio funcionó como una estación gasolinera/estación de servicio automotriz desde 1924 hasta la década de 1970. El suelo contaminado fue descubierto en el 2013 debido a una fuga de tanques de almacenamiento subterráneos y dispensadores que aún se encontraban en su lugar en ese momento. Ecología enumeró el Sitio en la Lista de Sitios Peligrosos en el 2015. Entre 2013–2019, la limpieza se llevó a cabo en el Sitio. El edificio de la estación de servicio, los tanques de almacenamiento subterráneos, los dispensadores, y el suelo contaminado fueron removidos. Se tomaron muestras de suelo y agua subterránea para confirmar que la limpieza fue efectiva.
